Ordering uniforms for your team starts with accurate measurements. Fabrion can arrange professional on-site uniform measuring and fitting visits throughout Thailand for hotels, resorts, restaurants, offices, factories, retail teams, and companies ordering custom uniforms. For international customers and businesses that prefer to measure staff internally, downloadable measurement forms are also available.

Every order follows a clear, structured process from first conversation to final shipment. No guessing, no surprises.
- Inquiry & Consultation: You share your requirements: product type, design references, fabrics, quantities, and timeline. We review everything and confirm what we can deliver.
- Sampling & Development: We develop your samples in-house, including pattern making, fabric selection, and any printing or branding. Samples can be based on our standard styles or developed as custom designs for your brand.
- Approval & Production Planning: Once you approve the sample, we lock in materials, confirm the production schedule, and begin manufacturing. No production starts without your sign-off.
- Bulk Manufacturing: Your order moves through cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing, with four-stage quality checks carried out throughout the production process.
- Quality Control & Export: Final inspection on measurements, stitching, print alignment, and packaging. We then handle export documentation and ship to you.
