Who Is Behind Fabrion
Fabrion is independently owned by Italian and Dutch partners with backgrounds in combat sports, apparel branding, and international manufacturing. The business was founded by people already embedded in fight sports and apparel production, not investors chasing low-cost production. That direct industry experience shaped the decision to build a factory operation rather than rely on third-party manufacturing or sourcing intermediaries.
Factory operations in Bangkok, covering production, technical development, machinery oversight, sourcing, and quality control, run under Italian management. The Pattaya head office, handling client relations, project coordination, brand development, and international business operations, operates under Dutch management.
The people accountable for your production are the same ones who founded the operation. They work to the standards they would expect as buyers themselves.
Thailand Was a Choice, Not a Compromise
Thailand has deep expertise in combat sports equipment and performance apparel manufacturing, built over decades through Muay Thai, boxing, and martial arts industries that demand durable, technically constructed garments at consistent quality. That expertise exists in the technicians, the supply networks, and the manufacturing culture in a way that cannot be replicated by simply setting up production in a cheaper location.
Operating directly inside Thailand rather than managing production remotely from Europe means materials are immediately accessible, quality is supervised firsthand, and supplier relationships are built in person. That produces better consistency, faster problem resolution, and more reliable production standards than remote procurement allows.
Built on Manufacturing, Not Sourcing
Fabrion was established as a manufacturer from day one. The business originated from the Punching Bag Factory, established in 2020, which developed real production infrastructure focused on combat sports equipment and performance apparel. Apparel manufacturing expanded from that base, inheriting the same direct production model and factory ownership structure.
Every project is produced through controlled in-house workflows. Material sourcing, pattern development, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, and quality inspection are all handled within the operation. Nothing is passed to a third-party factory.
Two Locations, One Operation
Fabrion's head office is located in Pattaya, Chon Buri, handling client communication, project management, commercial operations, and business development. The main production facility operates in Bangkok, positioned close to the port to support efficient domestic distribution and international export.
The two locations working in coordination produce shorter development cycles and direct communication between the office team and the factory floor.
For Thailand-based clients including gyms, Muay Thai camps, sports clubs, academies, and event organizers, the Pattaya office provides accessible local contact with the full backing of a Bangkok production facility. Factory visits are arranged by appointment.
