Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing
Fabrion is a factory-direct custom t-shirt manufacturer based in Thailand. We produce made-to-order t-shirts for clothing brands, print shops, gyms, sports clubs, and organizations with consistent fit, controlled fabrics, and production standards that hold across bulk orders and long-term reorders.
T-Shirt Manufacturing Overview
Fabrion manufactures custom t-shirts to order for brands and organizations that require repeatable results across initial production runs and reorders.
Production is centred on controlled fabric inputs, approved base patterns, fixed grading rules, and defined quality checkpoints. These controls ensure that fit, fabric composition, and construction remain consistent across every order.
Manufacturing is structured for bulk supply rather than single-unit or on-demand production. Orders are planned against fixed specifications so that sizing, fabric weight, and garment construction hold stable across production batches and seasonal reorders.

T-Shirt Manufacturing by Type
Each t-shirt category is produced to defined fabric compositions and construction standards suited to the garment type and its intended use. Select a category below to review full manufacturing details, fabric specifications, and construction methods.

T-Shirt Manufacturing for Brands, Print Shops, and Organizations
This manufacturing capability supports clothing brands developing private label collections, print shops sourcing blank or printed t-shirts, gyms and sports clubs ordering branded training wear, and companies and organizations requiring consistent bulk supply.
Supplier decisions at this stage are driven by production consistency, reorder accuracy, and the ability to maintain the same fabric specifications, fit, and construction standards across seasons and growing order volumes.
Fabric Selection and T-Shirt Construction
T-shirts are manufactured using defined fabric compositions selected for the garment category and intended end use. Cotton-based garments are produced in 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and combed or ring-spun constructions depending on the required hand feel, weight, and print surface.
Polyester and performance fabrics are specified separately with moisture-wicking, quick-dry, and stretch properties defined per garment type and confirmed at the sampling stage.
Garment construction follows defined t-shirt construction methods including single jersey knit panels, reinforced neck tape, coverstitched hems, and side seams. Construction method and stitch type are fixed at the sampling stage and maintained across all production orders.

Fit, Sizing, and Print Compatibility
Fit is controlled using approved base patterns, fixed grading increments, and measurement tolerances checked across sizes during production. Key dimensions including chest width, body length, sleeve length, and neck opening are verified against the approved fit standard at cutting and post-sewing stages.
Base t-shirts are manufactured with fabric surface consistency, controlled seam placement, and dimensional stability to ensure clean print application across screen printing, DTF, sublimation, and embroidery processes.
Consistent sizing across bulk orders ensures that print placement remains accurate across every t-shirt in the batch, reducing errors and waste during printing and finishing.

Quality Control Structured for Reorders
Quality control is applied at multiple stages of production. Fabric inputs are checked for composition, weight, and surface condition before cutting begins. During sewing, stitch quality, construction accuracy, and size tolerances are monitored against the approved sample.
Finished t-shirts are inspected for measurement accuracy, construction integrity, and surface condition before packing.
Production records including fabric batch references, approved patterns, and quality inspection results are retained to support consistent reorders. This means subsequent orders can be produced against the same documented standard without requiring re-sampling or full specification review.

Start Your T-Shirt Manufacturing Inquiry
T-shirt manufacturing inquiries should begin with clear production requirements including t-shirt category, fabric preference, estimated quantities, sizing range, and any printing or finishing requirements.
Providing these details upfront ensures accurate assessment of production feasibility and full alignment on specifications before production planning begins.
