Rashguard Manufacturer in Thailand
Fabrion manufactures custom rashguards for BJJ, MMA, surfing and swimming for brands, gyms and water-sports businesses. Production takes place at our Bangkok factory, with in-house cutting, sewing and sublimation printing, plus sample approval before bulk production.
Short-sleeve rashguards from THB 350 per piece, including full sublimation printing.
Starting price applies to orders of 100 pieces in one design. Sizes can be mixed. Minimum orders start at 50 pieces per design, per colour.
Custom BJJ and MMA Rashguards
We manufacture custom rashguards for BJJ academies, MMA gyms and fightwear brands. Our range includes men’s, women’s and youth BJJ rashguards in your own design, with short or long sleeves and optional side panels. The fit and size range are agreed before bulk production.
Our fightwear range also includes compression shorts, MMA shorts and Vale Tudo shorts to match your rashguard designs. We confirm pricing and minimum order quantities separately for each product.
Custom Surf and Swim Rashguards
We manufacture rashguards for surf and swimwear brands, surf schools and water-sports businesses. Men’s, women’s rashguards and children’s rash vests come in your design, with short or long sleeves and optional side panels. We agree on fabrics and cuts to suit your activity and fit.
For brands developing a wider swimwear range, we also manufacture custom swim shorts and board shorts. These can feature coordinated colours and branding to accompany your rashguards.

Choosing Fabric for Your Rashguards
We keep two main rashguard fabrics in stock, giving you a choice between our standard fabric and an extra-soft option:

Both short-sleeve and long-sleeve rashguards are available with or without side panels. For the side panels, we stock 100% polyester mesh fabric, 160 GSM, to add ventilation along the sides of the rashguard.
For startup brands, we recommend choosing one of these stocked fabrics to help avoid extra sourcing costs, longer lead times and higher fabric-supplier minimums. You can assess the feel, stretch and fit during sampling.
If you need a different composition, weight or finish, we check availability before quoting and may suggest a suitable alternative if the exact fabric cannot be sourced.
DEVELOPING YOUR FIT
Patterns, Fit and Sizing
Our existing men’s, women’s and children’s rashguard patterns help reduce development costs and sampling time. We check suitability for your design and fit, confirming any adjustments, extra costs or timing changes before sampling.
For a custom pattern, a physical rashguard sample is preferred. Alternatively, we can work from a clear tech pack with complete measurements and construction instructions. Additional pattern-development and sampling charges apply, with scope and timing agreed before work begins.
Check fit, body and sleeve length, and freedom of movement in your sample. Once approved, we grade the pattern across your agreed size range using confirmed measurements rather than size names alone.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Flatlock Stitching and Anti-Slip Hems
STANDARD ON ALL RASHGUARDS
Flat, flexible seams
We use flatlock stitching on all our rashguards to create flat, flexible seams that stretch with the fabric. The low-profile finish helps reduce bulk and rubbing against the skin, while allowing freedom of movement during training.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE
Optional anti-slip hem
An optional anti-slip band inside the lower hem helps keep the rashguard in place and limit ride-up. You can check seam comfort and how the hem stays in place when testing your sample, with any adjustments agreed before bulk production.
Sublimation Printing and Private Labels
We produce custom sublimated rashguards with your artwork and logos. Sublimation is our recommended option for intensive training and frequent washing. Before sampling, we review artwork placement across the front, back and sleeves against the rashguard pattern.
Heat-pressed logos are available for small logos only. They require more care and can be more susceptible to wear than sublimated designs.
Private label options include neck, size and care labels, plus hangtags and packaging according to the order. We confirm suitable options and what your quotation includes.

What determines your price?
Pricing depends on the quantity, sleeve length, fabric, pattern development and branding requirements. The advertised starting price is based on 100 short-sleeve rashguards in one design, with mixed sizes and full sublimation printing. Other quantities and specifications are quoted individually.
Sample adjustments
If a sample differs from the agreed specifications because of our error, we correct it free of charge. If you change the specifications, we confirm any additional cost before revising.

Quality Control at Four Stages
Fabrion checks each rashguard order at four stages against the approved sample, specifications, artwork and agreed tolerances.
We set aside rashguards with confirmed defects before packing. Customer-specific inspection, testing or reporting requirements must be agreed before quotation and production.

Pre-production Checks
Before production starts, we check fabrics, colours, trims, artwork, measurements and production specifications.

Production Checks
We inspect cut panels, printing, logos, stitching, construction and measurements during production so issues can be corrected early.

Finished-product Checks
We check finished rashguards for workmanship, measurements, colours, branding placement, labels and visible defects.

Pre-dispatch Checks
Before dispatch, we verify quantities, size breakdowns, finishing, packaging and shipping details against the confirmed order.

Shipping Options and Documents
Fabrion ships within Thailand and internationally by courier, air freight or sea freight. The choice depends on the destination, order quantity, carton size and weight, budget and delivery deadline.
Shipping is quoted separately unless included in your product quotation. We can prepare standard commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping information for the agreed arrangements.
Customs and Delivery Timing
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery estimates cover shipping after production and final packing are complete. Carrier or customs delays after dispatch may affect arrival dates and are outside Fabrion’s direct control.

Rashguard Manufacturing for Startups and Emerging Brands
For your first rashguard order, use a suitable Fabrion pattern and a fabric we already have in stock. Keep your brief clear and practical. Overcomplicated tech packs can contain conflicting or impractical instructions, while exact fabric specifications may be difficult to source at your starting quantity. Both can add costs and delay development.
Starting with our existing options keeps sampling simpler and helps control costs and lead times. As your brand becomes established and order volumes grow, we can discuss customer-specific patterns and fabric sourcing, with development charges and supplier minimums reviewed before proceeding.
